Alum SA informs that Mr. Leslie Leibenguth has resigned today with immediate effect from his position as Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors at Alum S.A.

At the next shareholder meeting a new member of the Board will be elected. Subsequently the board will nominate a new Vice-President of the Board of Directors.
In the meantime the Board will appoint ad interim a new Vice- President and a new Board member.
