Communiqué regarding the availability of Annual Report for the finacial year ended 31 December 2024

ALUM S.A. (“ALUM”) informs the shareholders and investors on the availability of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation no. 5/2018 issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority (“FSA”) for issuers and operations with securities, starting with 30 April 2025. The financial results for 2024 were approved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting ("GSM"), which was held on 30 April 2025.

ALUM Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 was prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Public Finance Order no. 1802/2014 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations on individual annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements, with subsequent amendments.

This communiqué was simultaneously sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.

ALUM Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 is audited and is available on:
