Current report- information upon share capital reduction

 Significant event to be reported: Information upon obtaining the Certificate of Registration of Financial Instruments issued by FSA, as a result of the reduction of the share capital

The company announces to investors and the interested public upon the issuance of the Financial Instruments Registration Certificate no. AC- 6340 – 1 dated on 25.06.2026, as a result of the registration in the Trade Register of the reduction of the share capital of ALUM SA Company, from 488,412,907.85 RON to 164,172,406 RON, by reducing the individual nominal value of the Company's shares from 5.95 RON to 2 RON.

Currently, the registration operations of share capital reduction are ongoing at Depozitarul Central SA Bucharest.
