The company is announcing the investors and the interested public that it has received from a local investor from Sierra Leone an unsolicited offer for acquiring 100% of the capital of Sierra Mineral Holdings 1 Ltd ("SMHL"), a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, owned 100% by Alum S.A. through the company Global Aluminum Limited, also registered in the British Virgin Islands.

SMHL operates the group's bauxite mines located in Sierra Leone.

The Company will proceed to analyze the unsolicited offer and will notify the investors and interested public, in due time, of any decision it will make, related to a potential transaction. The analysis process will be carried out with the conclusion of the usual documents for this type of transaction.
