Current report reconfirming President and Vicepresident - BoD ALUM 2023

By this current report, we hereby inform those who may be interested that the meeting of Board of Directors took place on 17 August 2023 and during the proceedings Mr. Gheorghe Dobra was reconfirmed in the position of President of the Board of Directors for 4 years new mandate and Mr. Igor Higer was reconfirmed in the position of Vice-President of the Board of Directors for 4 years new mandate.

Both Mr. Gheorghe Dobra and Mr. Igor Higer have accepted their mandates.
